Refunds, kept simple

First payment: 14 days, no questions. If Surfaced isn't useful to you, email hello@surfaced.co.nzwithin 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

After that:cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't pro-rata refund partial months, and annual plans refund the unused full months if you cancel in the first 30 days.

Something went wrong on our side?If an outage or a fault on our end materially affected your month, tell us — we'll credit or refund it. That's not a legal concession, it's just how it should work.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
